For parents who's child is attending full-time education at a local LEA School and for which I provide 'After School care'.
The Early Years Foundation Stages 'EYFS' are designed to ensure a level of 'learning' for all children from 'Brith to 5 years of age'.
If your child is attending a 'Reception' class at the local school and this is before September after their 5th birthday, we will require you to print and sign the above exemption letter.
This document should be completed, prior to your child beginning their first claim of their Free Early Education Entitlement.
This form, enables 'us', (the Provider of your child’s free hours), to record all the information required by the Department for Education, to make a claim to Bristol City Council for their funding.
We provide all our parents with direct access to their child's information through our 'Baby's Days' software powered by sysIQ.
Access can be gained via PC, mac, phone or tablet connected to the internet and secured using a username and password.
Whilst complex, the above guide should provide enough guidance for any parent to 'login' and gain an indepth understanding.
Further training can be supplied if and as required.
To establish whether your child/ren are eligible for the Early Years Pupil Premium, we need to gather information about you and your child/ren.
By completing this form, you are supporting us by making sure that we receive all the government funding to which your child is entitled.
Whilst this is purely voluntary and will not affect your child’s eligibility for their Free Early Entitlement, it could give us additional funding to provide the best possible early years’ experience for your child.
